If you have photos or videos that you personally took at a convention or event and you wish to donate them to our gallery, please contact us via email and attach them to your message.

PLEASE scan your files with anti-virus software before sending.

We require the following information:

• The name or username you wish to be credited with.
• A specific link (e.g., your Twitter or Instagram profile) where we can credit you for the donation.
• The name and date of the event where the media was captured.

We do not accept:

• Photos or videos taken by others (even if found online).
• Candids, paparazzi, or “on set” photos.
• Private or personal content (childhood photos, private life).
• Explicit, suggestive, or NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content.
• Content ripped from official social media accounts or Cameo.
• Monetary donations.
• Zip files.

We prefer that you attach images individually to the email. If the files are too large, we accept downloads from the following sites:

• Dropbox – you upload on yours and direct link us to it
• pCloud – use the e-mail provided above
• Mega – share the link to download with key included

WE ONLY ACCEPT ORIGINAL PHOTOS AND VIDEOS TAKEN AT CONVENTIONS OR EVENTS WHERE PHOTOGRAPHY WAS EXPRESSLY PERMITTED.
